Caltech Policy on External Fundraising on Campus

No campus facilities may be used for external fundraising.

In addition, no campus facilities may be used for any non-Caltech commercial activity except for activities covered by a facilities use agreement or a sponsored research agreement.

Any exception to this policy must be approved by offices of external relations and general counsel, and additional approvals may be required.
